Retinol
A derivative compound of vitamin A that increases the rate of skin-cell turnover and stimulates the production of collagen; reducing fine lines, wrinkles and improving skin colour.

Hyaluronic Acid
A humectant naturally found in the skin and holds water to keep the skin hydrated and plump. A single molecule can hold x1000 its weight in water so can be used to draw water into the skin.

Salicylic Acid
A beta-hydroxyl acid (BHA) that deeply penetrates pores and exfoliates the skin. It has anti-acne properties and reduced skin inflammation and redness.

Niacinamide
A water-soluble vitamin
(B3) that promotes the production of ceramides and elastin in the skin. This helps to strengthen the protective shield of the skin and can help stabilise oil production. It can help fade hyperpigmentation and improves overall skin texture. -
Hemp Seed Oil
Oil derived from the
cannabis sativa plant that is rich in omega-6 and omega-2 fatty acids which help repair the skin barrier and keep moisture trapped inside. Has anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce fine lines and prevent the signs of ageing. -
Black Soap
An all-natural traditional African soap produced from ash of plants and dried peels. It is rich in vitamin A and E and has potent antimicrobial properties. This plant
based cleanser can be used to balance natural oil production and treat acne. -
Lactic Acid
An alpha-hydroxy-acid that increases cell turnover and exfoliates the epidermis of the skin. It can smooth out texture and reduce the appearance of fine lines, as well as hyperpigmentation, age spots and dull skin.

Licorice Root
An effective brightening agent that holds anti-inflammatory properties and can reduce skin
irritation and redness. Glabridin in licorice root can inhibit pigmentation and therefore can even out skin tone. -
Colloidal Oatmeal
A natural emollient packed with fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals that moisturise and balance microbes in the skin. It moisturises and soothes the skin, helping treat dryness.

Green Tea
An anti-inflammatory natural ingredient that is rich in antioxidants and nutrients. It’s primary compound, EGCG is anti-androgenic and lowers lipid levels, making it effective at reducing sebum production and treating acne. It can soothe minor cuts and sunburn as well as reduce irritation, redness and swelling.
